The title of the project in Lithuanian is <em>Antikin\u0117s filosofijos recepcija XX a. Vilniaus universitete<\/em> what translates into English as <em>Reception of Ancient Philosophy in the 20th century Vilnius University<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"412\" height=\"174\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aphr.ifil.uz.zgora.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/LMT-poziome.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-921\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.aphr.ifil.uz.zgora.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/LMT-poziome.jpg 412w, http:\/\/www.aphr.ifil.uz.zgora.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/LMT-poziome-300x127.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 412px) 100vw, 412px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 32%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right has-medium-font-size\">Project will be pursued at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fsf.vu.lt\/\">Faculty of Philosophy<\/a>, Vilnius University (FsF VU), in 2025-2029. The scope of the project covers reception of ancient philosophy among scholars of Vilnius University, starting with the interwar, Polish period of its history, followed by the Soviet times after the World War II, concluding with research on ancient philosophy in free Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aphr.ifil.uz.zgora.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/vu-logo-150x150-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-912 size-full\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right has-medium-font-size\">The plan of the project includes organising a mid-term seminar meeting in Zielona G\u00f3ra, an international conference in Vilnius, not to mention conference presentations and journal papers by all the three researchers employed in the project. And they are doc. dr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fsf.vu.lt\/filosofijos-institutas\/filosofijos-instituto-struktura\/mokslo-ir-teorines-filosofijos-katedra\/126-filosofijos-institutas\/429-jonas-ciurlionis\">Jonas \u010ciurlionis<\/a>, Ph.D., head of the project and senior researcher, dr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fsf.vu.lt\/filosofijos-institutas\/filosofijos-instituto-nariai\/441-mindaugas-stoskus\">Mindaugas Sto\u0161kus<\/a>, Ph.D., researcher, both of FsF VU, accompanied by dr hab.
